On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Supreme Court of Arizona ordered that attorney Dragan Rubezic be transferred to disability inactive status due to medical conditions.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Dragan (John) Rubezic,” with case no. PDJ 2024-9005-D.

The order came after Rubezic submitted an agreement to be transferred to disability inactive status and have disciplinary charges against him stayed. One complainant had objected to this agreement. As part of the transfer, all bar charges against Rubezic will be stayed pending certain conditions.

Rubezic must provide copies of client files from four cases listed by their state bar numbers within 30 days. He will also have to provide any additional client files requested by the state bar within 60 days if new disciplinary charges are filed against him. Additionally, Rubezic will need to submit quarterly reports on his medical conditions over the next two years, so the state bar can determine if the stay of charges remains appropriate.

According to reviewsbirdeye.com, Mr. Rubezic is a personal injury lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona.
