On Friday, September 19, 2025, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Supreme Court of Arizona admonished Attorney Jeanne Shirly for violating the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct. The Final Judgment and Order stems from an Order of Reprimand Based on Reciprocal Discipline issued on September 4, 2025.

In addition to the admonishment, Shirly will be placed on probation for six months, subject to specific terms and conditions. The order also stipulates that Shirly must not commit any further violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. She is also required to pay $1,200.00 to cover the costs and expenses incurred by the State Bar of Arizona within 30 days of the order.
