On Monday, September 11, 2023, the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board issued a notice of reprimand against attorney Bart P. O’Neill. The reprimand was issued following O’Neill’s guilty plea to operating while intoxicated, 2nd offense, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 257.625(1).
