On Thursday, October 3, 2024, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Supreme Court of Colorado reinstated attorney Christi Anne Sweeney to the practice of law.
The case is entitled “Christi Anne Sweeney v. People,” with case no. 24PDJ066.
Sweeney had previously been suspended from practicing law. According to the stipulation approved by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge, both parties agreed that Sweeney has been rehabilitated and is now fit to practice law.
The Presiding Disciplinary Judge also agreed she meets the requirements to be reinstated under Colorado Rule of Civil Procedure 242.39. No formal opinion was issued by the judge.
