On Friday, March 24, 2023, the Supreme Court of Maryland granted the joint petition for an order transferring attorney Christina Julliane Bostick to a disability inactive status by consent.

The case is entitled “Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland v. Christina Julliane Bostick” with case no. 34.

On March 16, 2023, the court considered the filing of the Attorney Grievance Commission and attorney Bostick of the joint petition to transfer the latter to disability inactive status. And upon careful evaluation, the court granted the petition of the parties.

The clerk of the court was ordered to remove the name of the respondent from the register of attorneys in the court and certify the fact to the client protection fund of the Bar of Maryland and all clerks of all judicial tribunals in the state in accordance with Maryland Rules 19-761(b).
