On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department granted Cynthia Yuan Lee’s motion for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York. After reviewing the submitted documents and conducting due deliberation, the New York Court granted Lee’s motion. The court’s order officially restored her ability to practice law in the state.
