On Monday, July 14, 2025, the Tennessee Supreme Court reinstated attorney Dale Gerard Nowicki to the active practice of law.

Nowicki, whose Board of Professional Responsibility (BPR) number is 036672, had been suspended on May 13, 2025, for two years, with 90 days of active suspension retroactive to his California suspension date, and the remaining period on probation.

On June 6, 2025, Nowicki submitted a petition for reinstatement under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c). The Board of Professional Responsibility reviewed the petition and found it satisfactory, subsequently forwarding an Order of Reinstatement to the Tennessee Supreme Court for approval.

The court’s decision to reinstate Nowicki allows him to resume practicing law in Tennessee.

The reinstatement is contingent upon Nowicki’s ongoing compliance with, and timely fulfillment of, conditions outlined in a January 6, 2025, order from the Supreme Court of California.

According to Avvo, Mr. Nowicki is a litigation lawyer in La Mirada, California. He acquired his law license in Tennessee in 2018.
