Attorney Dana Rachelle Moskowitz resigns from New York Bar for non-disciplinary reasons

On Thursday, August 3, 2023, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department granted the application of attorney Dana Rachelle Moskowitz to resign from the NY bar for non-disciplinary reasons.

The case is titled “In the Matter of Dana Rachelle Moskowitz,”  case no. PM-161-23.

According to the court document, Moskowitz filed a motion seeking to resign from the New York State Bar on April 28, 2023, to which the Attorney Grievance Committee did not file any objection.

Following a thorough review of the application, the Court, having determined Moskowitz’s eligibility to resign for non-disciplinary reasons, granted and accepted her resignation.

Moskowitz’s name was struck from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law of the State of New York and was prohibited from practicing law in any capacity, appearing as an attorney in court, providing legal opinions or advice, or holding himself out as an attorney.

Ms. Dana Rachelle Moskowitz attended Salmon P. Chase School of Law. She had been licensed to practice in New York in 2005.
