On Thursday, August 7, 2025, the three-member panel of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued a public reprimand to Attorney Ian J. Musselman. This decision follows the approval of a Joint Petition in Support of Discipline on Consent, which was reviewed by the panel.

Musselman is also expected to adhere strictly to ethical standards during his probation. Upon completing the probationary period, he will need to submit a sworn certification to the Board, confirming that he has fully complied with all stipulated conditions.
