On Thursday, May 8, 2025, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department granted attorney Kirill Yurievich Parinov’s motion for reinstatement to practice law. Parinov had been suspended in September 2024 for violating Judiciary Law § 468-a. The reinstatement follows a thorough review by the court, which determined that Parinov met all requirements for resuming his legal practice.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Kirill Yurievich Parinov,” with case no. PM-114-25.

The court’s decision came after considering Parinov’s affidavit, sworn on February 17, 2025. The Attorney Grievance Committee for the Third Judicial Department provided a response on March 27, 2025, which was also reviewed.

The court found clear and convincing evidence that Parinov complied with the terms of his suspension and the court’s rules. Additionally, the court confirmed that Parinov possesses the requisite character and fitness to practice law and that his reinstatement serves the public interest.

The reinstatement allows Parinov to resume his role as an attorney and counselor-at-law in New York, marking the conclusion of the disciplinary matter initiated by the Attorney Grievance Committee.

The Disposition states:

“ORDERED that respondent’s motion for reinstatement is granted; and it is further ORDERED that respondent is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, effective immediately.”
