On Monday, November 18, 2024, the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility announced the temporary suspension of attorney Marcus Allen Lipham from the practice of law. The Supreme Court of Tennessee determined that Lipham poses a significant threat to public safety and has been substantially non-compliant with the monitoring agreement of the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program.
