On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge (PDJ) of the Supreme Court of Arizona issued an order reinstating Peter Kristofer Strojnik, Bar No. 026082, to the active practice of law in Arizona. The reinstatement is effective immediately.

Strojnik’s reinstatement follows his filing of an Affidavit in Support of Reinstatement to Practice Law and an Affidavit pursuant to Rule 72(e) on September 22, 2025, as per Rule 64(e)(2) of the Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court.

The State Bar of Arizona did not object to Strojnik’s reinstatement. However, the reinstatement is contingent upon the State Bar’s ability to investigate, screen, prosecute, or otherwise proceed with any matter involving Strojnik’s conduct, regardless of when it occurred – before, during, or after his suspension.

The order, filed under case number PDJ 2025-9066-R and State Bar No. 25-2460-R, was issued by Lisa A. VandenBerg, Presiding Disciplinary Judge.

Strojnik’s reinstatement is subject to the terms of probation outlined in the Order of Suspension Based on Reciprocal Discipline, filed on September 12, 2025, in case number PDJ 2025-9049.

According to Avvo, Mr. Strojnik is a personal injury lawyer in Phoenix, AZ. He acquired his law license in Arizona in 2008.
