On Friday, September 29, 2023, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board suspended the license of attorney Reginald Robert Yancey to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for a period of one year and one day.

The suspension was imposed due to Yancey’s violation of the professional rules governing safekeeping property, candor toward the tribunal, and misconduct. The disciplinary action was taken following a thorough investigation and hearing by the Board.

According to avvo.com, Mr. Yancey is a bankruptcy and debt attorney in Lynchburg, Virginia. He acquired his law license in Virginia in 1978.
