On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the Supreme Court of Missouri disbarred attorney Tyler E. Brown. The disbarment follows Brown’s motion to surrender his license to practice law in the state voluntarily.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Tyler E. Brown,” with case no. SC101312.

Brown admitted to misconduct that violated the Court’s Rules of Professional Conduct, leading to the acceptance of his license surrender and subsequent disbarment. The Court received and reviewed the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation before issuing the order.

The order mandates that Brown’s name be removed from the roll of attorneys in Missouri, effectively terminating his right to practice law within the state. Furthermore, Brown is required to comply with Rule 5.27, which outlines the procedures to follow after a disbarment or suspension order is issued.

In addition to the disbarment, Brown is ordered to pay a fee of $2,000.00 to the Clerk of the Court, to the credit of the Advisory Committee, as per Rule 5.19(k). All costs associated with the proceedings are also taxed to Brown.

Chief Justice W. Brent Powell issued the order.
