On October 25, 2019, Mr. Garmon was arrested and thereafter found guilty of Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. He appealed the matters to the Circuit Court and pled guilty to both offenses on March 14, 2022. Mr. Garmon was then arrested on April 30, 2020, in Gainesville, Florida for Disorderly Intoxication and Resisting Officer without violence for which he was given deferred prosecution and placed on probation with fines and conditions for six months. Moreover, on July 12, 2021, Garmon pled no contest to Stalking in Lee County, Florida involving Mr. Garmon’s harassment of his ex-wife.
Accordingly, the Court suspended Mr. Garmon for 91 days pursuant to his Conditional Guilty Plea for violating the above-cited rules of professional conduct.
