The Report and Recommendation stated that:
“This matter is before the Board on Professional Responsibility (“Board”) on Disciplinary Counsel’s Motion to Accept Respondent’s Consent to Disbarment filed pursuant to D.C. Bar R. XI § 12(a) and Board Rule 16.1. Respondent’s affidavit of consent to disbarment, executed on October 21, 2022, is attached to DisciplinaryCounsel’s motion.”
The Board has reviewed and found the Respondent’s affidavit of consent to disbarment conforms to the requirements of f D.C. Bar R. XI, § 12(a).
With the foregoing facts, the Board recommended that the Court disbar Respondent on consent pursuant to D.C. Bar R. XI, § 12(b).
The Board further recommends that the Respondent be reminded of the provisions of D.C. Bar R. XI, §§ 14 and 16, including the requirement to file the affidavit under D.C. Bar R. XI, § 14(g), and that the period of disbarment will not be deemed to run for purposes of reinstatement until a compliant affidavit is filed.
