On Thursday, October 17, 2024, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Supreme Court of Colorado approved the reinstatement of attorney David I. Levy to the practice of law.
The case is entitled “David I. Levy v. People,” with case no. 24PDJ029.
Levy had previously been suspended from his law license due to disciplinary issues and from his transfer to disability inactive status. However, the parties agreed that Levy is now rehabilitated and competent to practice law from both a professional and mental health perspective.
He was found to meet all the requirements for reinstatement under the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure. As a result, the Presiding Judge reinstated Levy’s law license, making him eligible to practice law in Colorado once again.
According to avvo.com, Mr. Levy is a workers compensation attorney in Lyons, Colorado. He acquired his law license in Colorado in 1984.
