On Thursday, December 15, 2022, the Supreme Court of Florida approved the conditional guilty plea and consent judgment for the Discipline of attorney Heather Brooke Quick, therefore reprimanding the latter.
The case is entitled “The Florida Bar v. Heather Brooke Quick,” with case no. SC22-1672.
On December 6, 2022, the Florida Bar filed a Petition for Approval of Conditional Guilty Plea for Consent Judgement in a matter involving the respondent, requesting that the Court approves such Petition. According to the Petition, the Respondent tendered the Conditional Guilty Plea for Consent Judgement in the case prior to the filing of a formal complaint before the Supreme Court of Florida. The Respondent is ordered to attend the Florida Bar’s Ethics School under the Terms and Conditions set forth in the consent Judgement. Further, the former is directed to comply also with all the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Consent Judgement.
