On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals disbarred on consent Silver Spring attorney Brent W. Irvine.

The case is styled In the Matter of Brent W. Irvine and was brought by the Disciplinary Counsel, case no. 22-BD-077.

On November 4, 2022, the Board of Professional Responsibility recommended the disbarment of Irvine upon the Disciplinary Counsel’s motion to accept Irvine’s consent to disbarment from the District of Columbia bar.

With the foregoing facts, the Court considered Irvine’s affidavit and the Board’s report and recommendation and disbarred Irvine by consent.

The Order states:

“The Clerk shall publish this order, but the affidavit shall not be publicly disclosed or otherwise made available except upon order of the court or upon written consent of the respondent.”

Mr. Brent W. Irvine practices in Silver Spring, Maryland. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School. He had been admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
