Florida Attorney Nirav Jamindar’s application for reinstatement accepted by the U.S. District Court for Colorado District

On Monday, January 30, 2023, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado ruled on the petition for reinstatement filed by Florida attorney Nirav Mahendra Jamindar.

The case is styled as ‘In the Matter of Nirav Mahendra Jamindar’, with case no. 22-DP-4.

According to the Order of Reinstatement, Mr. Jamindar filed his application for reinstatement before the Disciplinary Panel. The Committee on Conduct, through its Chair, Brooke H. Meyer filed with the Court its unanimous recommendation that the Disciplinary Panel grant Mr. Jamindar’s petition.

The Disciplinary Panel, upon its review of the Chair’s recommendation letter and other relevant documents on file, concurred with the Committee’s recommendation. The Disciplinary Panel further agreed that Mr. Jamindar had satisfied the reinstatement requirements as provided in the District of Colorado Attorney Rules, Rule 11(a)(3), and that Mr. Jamindar has offered clear and convincing evidence of his rehabilitation and fitness to practice law.

Accordingly, the Court deemed it appropriate to enter an Order of Reinstatement to the Bar of the Court, reinstating Mr. Jamindar to the practice of law before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado without any conditions.
