On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, the Virginia State Bar announced that on October 26, 2023, the Circuit Court for the City of Staunton revoked the law license of Attorney Dale Reese Jensen.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Dale Reese Jensen,” with case no. CL23000342-00.

The court found Jensen violated numerous professional conduct rules governing competence, communication, fees, client property, termination of representation, supervision of nonlawyer staff, bar admission, and disciplinary matters. This revocation came after multiple disciplinary proceedings against Jensen, with docket numbers indicating issues dating back to 2022. The VSB stated the court revoked Jensen’s privilege to practice law in Virginia.

According to avvo.com, Mr. Jensen practiced as an intellectual property attorney in Staunton, Virginia prior to the revocation of his license. He attended the University of Virginia School of Law. He acquired his law license in Virginia in 2005.
