On Friday, January 19, 2024, the Kansas Supreme Court reinstated the law license of attorney Bradley A. Pistotnik after a yearlong suspension.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Bradley A. Pistotnik,” with case no. 128,868.

Pistotnik had his license suspended last July 8, 2022. The court’s order required him to undergo a reinstatement hearing before the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys. On November 27, 2023, the hearing was held and the panel concluded Pistotnik provided clear evidence that he deserved to have his license reinstated.

The Supreme Court accepted the panel’s recommendation to grant Pistotnik’s petition for reinstatement. In its order, the high court noted Pistotnik must now pay all reinstatement fees to the Office of Judicial Administration and complete any outstanding continuing legal education credits. Once the OJA confirms he has met these requirements, his name will be added back onto the roster of attorneys eligible to practice law in Kansas.

According to avvo.com, Mr. Pistotnik is a personal injury attorney in Wichita, Kansas. He attended the Washburn University School of Law, graduating in 1981. He acquired his law license in Kansas in 1982.
