On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, the Maryland Supreme Court transferred attorney Allyson Brooke Goldscher to disability inactive status for an indefinite period.

The case is entitled “Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland v. Allyson Brooke Goldscher.”

The Court’s order approved the joint petition submitted by Bar Counsel and Goldscher, who sought the transfer due to disability. As a result of the transfer, Goldscher’s name will be removed from the register of attorneys in Maryland.

The Court also ordered that the required notifications be provided to the Client Protection Fund and court clerks across the state regarding Goldscher’s change in status.
