On Thursday, May 3, 2023, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals ordered the suspension of Miami attorney Grant Sarbinoff in consideration of the certified order from Florida, which suspended Sarbinoff from the practice of law for three years over criminal convictions.
The case is styled “In the Matter of William Kalish,” with case #2023-D015
According to Florida court documents, Sarbinoff consented to a three-year suspension effective May 30, 2022. The suspension was the Supreme Court of Florida’s response to the uncontested report of the referee accepting consent judgment and recommendation of suspension based on Sarbinoff’s conviction of stalking and cyberstalking his ex-girlfriend.
In light of the foregoing, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals ruled to suspend Sarbinoff on an interim basis based upon discipline imposed in Florida.
Prior to the suspension, Mr. Grant Griggith Sarbinoff practiced in Miami, Florida. He has been admitted to practice in the District of Columbia Bar, as well as in Florida. Kalish earned his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. His info can be found on Lawyer.com.
