On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the Attorney Discipline Board of the State of Michigan issued a Notice of Reprimand (By Consent) against Chelsea attorney Heather Marie Gosnick.
The case was brought by the Grievance Administrator, case no. 23-11-JC.
Gosnick and the Grievance Administrator filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Reprimand which sets forth Gosnick’s admission that she had been convicted through guilty pleas of two misdemeanors, specifically, Driving While License Suspended/Revoked/Denied and Allowing Intoxicated Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle, on March 2, 2018, and April 19, 2022, respectively.
The Amended Stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Committee and thereafter approved by the hearing panel.
Accordingly, the hearing panel reprimanded Gosnick by consent based on her admission and the parties’ stipulation.
The Notice of Reprimand (By Consent) states:
“Heather M. Gosnick, P75344, Chelsea, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4
Reprimand, Effective April 14, 2023″
Costs amounting to $759.82 were also assessed against Gosnick.
