Not expediting litigation in the client’s interest
Engaging in prejudicial conduct against the administration of justice
Bringing discredit to the legal profession or courts
Citing contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals
The reprimand stems from Williams’ representation of a client in a quiet title action, where she admitted various instances of professional misconduct.
As per the stipulation, the hearing panel reprimanded Williams and assessed total costs of $789.20.
