On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the Missouri Supreme Court disbarred attorney Kyle Lesley Warren, effectively canceling his license to practice law in the state and ordering his name to be removed from the roll of attorneys. In addition to the disbarment, Warren is ordered to comply with Rule 5.27, which outlines the procedures following a disbarment or suspension order. He is also required to pay a fee of $2,000.00 to the Clerk of the Court, to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund, as per Rule 5.19(k). Furthermore, Warren is responsible for covering all costs associated with the disciplinary proceedings.
