On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, the Supreme Court of Missouri issued an order reinstating attorney Kylar Broadus to the Missouri Bar.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Kylar Broadus,” with case no. SC100749.

Broadus had been suspended from practicing law due to failure to pay taxes. However, the Court sustained Broadus’ petition for reinstatement finding that sufficient evidence had been presented showing the tax issue was satisfactorily resolved.

According to avvo.com, Mr.Broadus is an arbitration attorney in Fayette, Missouri. He acquired his law license in Missouri in 1990.
