On Monday, September 11, 2023, the Supreme Court of Missouri issued an order reinstating Timothy P. Tryniecki, a lawyer who had been suspended for failure to pay taxes.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Timothy P. Tryniecki,” with case no. SC100228.

On August 21, 2023, the Supreme Court of Missouri, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.245 issued an order where attorney Tryniecki was suspended as shown on the roll of attorneys.

Following this event, Tryniecki presented sufficient evidence that the matter was resolved, and the court found him eligible for reinstatement. The court ordered him reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. The decision was made by Chief Justice Mary R. Russell, and the order was issued in accordance with Supreme Court of Missouri Rules 4 and 5

The Disposition states:

“Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension-for-failure.npay-taxes sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.”
