On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the Supreme Court of New Jersey admonished attorney Vincent J. Frazzetto following a recommendation from the Disciplinary Review Board.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Vincent J. Frazzetto,” with case no. 091174.

Frazzetto was found to have violated RPC 5.5(a)(1), which pertains to practicing law while administratively ineligible, and RPC 8.1(b), related to failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities in two instances. The Disciplinary Review Board’s recommendation stemmed from case DRB 25-091, which was certified to the Board pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(f).

The court order mandates that the entire record of the matter be permanently included in Frazzetto’s file as an attorney in the state. Additionally, Frazzetto is required to reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred during the prosecution of the matter, as outlined in Rule 1:20-17.
