On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, acted on the Disciplinary Review Board’s decision in DRB 21-151, concluding with the reprimand of Atlanta attorney Kevin Clark Cromer in relation to the charges for attorney discipline against the latter for his failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities.
The case titled ‘In the Matter of Kevin Clark Cromer’ was brought by the Disciplinary Board.
The Court agreed with the decision of the Board.
In its Order, it decreed:
“It is ORDERED that Kevin Clark Cromer is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that the. respondent’s suspension from practice pursuant to the Order of this Court filed July 20, 2021, shall continue pending the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and shall continue to comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight
Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in
the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.”
According to Radaris, Mr. Cromer earned his Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington School of Law, graduating in 2000. He practices in Atlanta, Georgia and he has been licensed in New Jersey.
