On Thursday, September 5, 2024, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department granted a motion reinstating attorney Joseph Henry Lilly III to the practice of law but denied his request to expunge his suspension record.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Joseph Henry Lilly III,” with case no. 2023-03062.

Lilly had been suspended for two months beginning in February 2024 for an undisclosed disciplinary issue.
