On Thursday, September 5, 2024, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department reinstated attorney Corrinne Jennifer Binstein.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Corrinne Jennifer Binstein,” with case no. 2024-04660.
Binstein was admitted to the New York Bar in 1998 but was suspended in March 2020 for failing to comply with Judiciary Law § 468-a. She moved for reinstatement after fulfilling the requirements in July 2024.
The five-justice panel, led by Justice Jeffrey K. Oing, reviewed her case and granted the motion, allowing Binstein to resume practicing law in New York effective immediately.
According to avvo.com, Ms. Binstein is an attorney in Morristown, New Jersey. She acquired her law license in New York in 1998.
