On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department reinstated attorney Heidi Nan Gluck, allowing her to practice law in the State of New York once again.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Heidi Nan Gluck,” with case no. 2025-05056.

The reinstatement follows a period of suspension that began on March 17, 2020, as a result of non-compliance with Judiciary Law §468-a. The initial order, referenced as [M-271.444], suspended Gluck from practicing law until further notice from the court.

Gluck subsequently took steps to rectify the non-compliance, fulfilling the requirements of Judiciary Law §468-a on or around September 21, 2023, and again on July 2, 2025. This action prompted her to file a motion seeking reinstatement to the bar.

The decision to reinstate Gluck was made after the court reviewed the submitted documents and deliberated on the matter. The order to reinstate her effectively lifts the suspension imposed in 2020, permitting her to resume her duties as an attorney and counselor-at-law in New York State.

According to the filing, Ms. Gluck acquired her law license in New York in 2007.
