On Thursday, February 19, 2026, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department granted the motion for reinstatement filed by attorney Markis Miguel Abraham. He is directed to promptly register with and remit all necessary registration fees to the Office of Court Administration, as mandated by Judiciary Law § 468-a.
