On Wednesday, January 3, 2024, Attorney Ralph Alexander Gonzalez was reinstated to the practice of law in New Jersey after completing a one-year suspension.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Ralph Alexander Gonzalez,” with case no. 088911.

Gonzalez was suspended by an order of the New Jersey Supreme Court on October 24, 2022, for violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Specifically, Gonzalez received a suspension for violating rules regarding false statements to a tribunal, failure to disclose material facts to a tribunal, unauthorized practice of law, and conduct involving dishonesty or misrepresentation. The 1-year suspension went into effect on December 2, 2022.

Following his suspension, Gonzalez applied for reinstatement. In response, the New Jersey Supreme Court issued an order reinstating Gonzalez based on a recommendation from the Disciplinary Review Board.

The Disposition states:

“It is ORDERED that Ralph Alexander Gonzalez is hereby reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.”

According to avvo.com, Mr. Gonzalez is a divorce and separation attorney in Voorhees, New Jersey. He attended the Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School. He acquired his law license in New Jersey in 1987.
