De Masi is also required to comply with Rule 1:20-20, which pertains to the responsibilities and conduct of suspended attorneys.
The entire record of the case will be permanently included in De Masi’s file as an attorney at law in the state. Furthermore, he must reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for the administrative costs and actual expenses incurred during the prosecution of the matter.
