On Thursday, November 17, 2022, the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review Board of Immigration Appeals granted the Petition for immediate suspension against Falls Church attorney Paul Andrew Murphy.

The case is entitled “In the matter of Paul Andrew Murphy,” with case no. D22-0169.
