On Thursday, March 30, 2023, the Supreme Court of the State of Florida reprimanded Miami attorney Gary Grant pursuant to the Florida Bar’s request to approve the conditional guilty plea for consent judgment filed by Grant.

The case is styled “The Florida Bar vs. Gary Grant” with case no. SC2023-0353.

On March 6, 2023, the Florida Bar filed a petition seeking the Court’s approval of Grant’s conditional guilty plea for a consent judgment in a disciplinary matter.

According to the petition, the Respondent tendered the conditional guilty plea prior to the filing of a formal complaint before the Supreme Court of Florida.  The Florida Bar has approved the Respondent’s petition.

The Court, having considered Grant’s petition, deemed it appropriate to enter an order accepting Grant’s conditional guilty plea for consent judgment, thereby, reprimanding Grant.

Respondent was further ordered to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Costs amounting to $1,250 were awarded to The Florida Bar.

As of today, Mr. Gary Grant is listed as a lawyer and the president of Grant Law Corporation, P.A. serving Miami. He graduated from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump, College of Law in 2015. He has been admitted to the Florida Bar. Grant’s online bio can be found on LinkedIn.
