Following his response to the state bar’s investigation, Connell requested that the January 24, 2023 order of suspension be lifted.
Accordingly, the Court, after finding Connell’s response to be adequate, ruled in favor of Powell and ordered the latter’s reinstatement to the practice of law in the state of Georgia.
