On Thursday, November 3, 2022, the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ordered the reinstatement of Methuen attorney Danilo J. Gomez.

The case is styled in Re: Danilo J. Gomez and was brought by the petitioner under case no. BD-2022-043.

On September 1, 2022, the Court entered its order suspending Gomez for 30 days for offering inducement to a witness in a case where Gomez is in the representation of a client in a criminal case for charges of assault and battery against the client’s wife and in the divorce case filed by the latter.

According to the Judgment of Reinstatement:

“On October 31, 2022, the lawyer filed an affidavit of compliance, and assistant bar counsel confirmed by letter filed on November 1, 2022, that the Office of Bar Counsel has no objections to the lawyer’s reinstatement.”

With the foregoing facts, the Court granted Gomez’s petition.

The Disposition reads:

“Upon consideration thereof, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Danilo J. Gomez is hereby reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts forthwith.”

As of today, Mr. Danilo J. Gomez practices as an Attorney at Law with the Law Offices of Danilo J. Gomez serving Methuen, Massachusetts. He graduated from Suffolk Law School in 2015. Gomez has been licensed in Massachusetts. His bio can be found on LinkedIn.
