On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the Tennessee Supreme Court reinstated attorney Samuel Ervin White to the practice of law, effective immediately. In August 2023, a three-member panel of the Board of Professional Responsibility conducted a hearing and recommended the dissolution of Samuel Ervin White’s temporary suspension, with certain conditions. White’s reinstatement is a result of his successful completion of the necessary requirements and conditions for reinstatement, which were outlined in the court’s previous order.

“By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 3, 2023, Samuel Ervin White was reinstated to the active practice of law.”
