Attorney Theresa M. Simons has tendered her consent on disbarment as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey. In lieu of this, the court entered an order disbarring the respondent on consent effective immediately.

The respondent is also required to reimburse the appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of the matter to the Disciplinary Oversight Committee.
