Virginia Attorney Marqueta Neal Tyson Suspended for Non-Compliance with Subpoena

On Thursday, February 13, 2025, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board suspended Attorney Marqueta Neal Tyson from practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This interim suspension was enacted according to the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, specifically under Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13-6.G.3.

“Pursuant to Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13-6.G.3. of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, it is ORDERED that Marquet Neal Tyson’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia be and hereby is suspended effective February 13, 2025.”
