On Thursday, August 17, 2023, the Circuit Court of the City of Williamsburg/James City County revoked Brittani Nata’lita Baldwin’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia due to violations of professional rules.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Brittani Nata’lita Baldwin” with case no. 3-060-126301, 23-060-126844, 23-060-126977, 23-060-126996, 23-060-127035, 23-060-127238 and 23-060-128020.

These violations include diligence, safekeeping property, declining or terminating representation, bar admission and disciplinary matters, and misconduct.

On February 6, 2023, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board ordered the suspension of attorney Brittani Nata’lita Baldwin on impairment grounds. According to the report, Baldwin acknowledged and represented that she was suffering from an impairment, and thus, had consented to the suspension.

According to LinkedIn, Ms. Baldwin is the founding attorney of Baldwin Family Law, PLLC. Before the revocation of her license, she practiced in Norfolk, Virginia.
