On Friday, June 13, 2025, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia granted Ann K. Rosen’s petition to voluntarily resign from the West Virginia State Bar.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Ann K. Rosen,” with case number 25-264.

The decision followed Rosen’s submission of a resignation request on April 28, 2025, under Rule 3.26(a) of the Rules of Lawyer Disciplinary Procedure. The Investigative Panel of the Lawyer Disciplinary Board, chaired by Letitia Neese Chafin, reviewed the petition and submitted a report on June 2, 2025, recommending approval.

The court, after due consideration, approved Rosen’s resignation from the state bar. As part of the ruling, Rosen is required to adhere to client notification obligations outlined in Rule 3.28 of the Rules of Lawyer Disciplinary Procedure, if applicable.
