On November 2, 2022, the Supreme Court of the State of Wyoming ordered immediate suspension from the practice of law of Cody Attorney Nick Edward Beduhn.

The case is styled ‘Board of Professional Responsibility v. Nick Edward Beduhn,’ case no. D-22-0005.

According to the court filing, on October 13, 2022, a petition seeking Beduhn’s immediate suspension was brought by the Deputy Bar Counsel of the Wyoming State Bar together with its affidavit in support of the petition asserting that Beduhn has abandoned his clients and failed to cooperate during the investigation of the Office of Bar Counsel regarding two disciplinary complaints.

The Court, upon its careful review of the Deputy Bar Counsel’s petition and affidavit, and the file, concluded that an Order of Beduhn’s immediate suspension is warranted pending resolution of the formal complaints that have been filed or will be filed against Beduhn.

Mr. Nick Edward Beduhn practiced in Cody, Wyoming, prior to the suspension. He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating in 2003. He has been licensed in Wyoming. His info can be found on LinkedIn.
