On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, Michigan attorney Jeffery T. Hall was publicly reprimanded by the Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Jeffery T. Hall,” with case no. 24-55-JC.

Hall pled guilty on July 12, 2023, to operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired. This misdemeanor conviction under Michigan law constituted professional misconduct. Hall admitted to the conviction as part of a stipulation filed with the grievance administrator.

Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4 accepted the stipulation and found that Hall’s conduct violated professional conduct rules by engaging in criminal behavior. As a result of the stipulation agreed to by both parties, the panel ordered that Hall receive a reprimand. He was also ordered to pay $778.40 in costs associated with the disciplinary proceedings.

According to avvo.com, Mr. Hall is an estate planning attorney in Saline, Michigan. He acquired his law license in Michigan in 2004.
