On Thursday, August 28, 2025, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department granted the reinstatement of attorney Corrado Anthony Corradi.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Corrado Anthony Corradi,” with case no. 2025-04448.

The reinstatement follows a prior order issued on November 17, 2022, which suspended Corradi due to non-compliance with Judiciary Law §468-a.

In a recent motion, Corradi sought to have his attorney status restored. The court reviewed the motion and the supporting documents submitted by Corradi and determined that he had complied with the necessary legal requirements as of June 26, 2025, which was after the initial suspension order took effect.

The court’s ruling effectively reinstates Corradi’s ability to practice law in New York.

According to the filing, Mr. Corradi acquired his law license in New York in 2016.
