On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ordered attorney Albert R. Meyer to be returned to administrative suspension. This decision follows the Disciplinary Board’s certification that Meyer has complied with the court’s previous order of suspension and Rule 217 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement (Pa.R.D.E.).

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Albert R. Meyer,” with case no. 120 DB 2024.

Meyer, who was previously suspended for 60 days, submitted a verified statement demonstrating his adherence to the terms of the suspension.

The Supreme Court’s order indicates that no other suspensions or disbarments are currently in effect against Meyer.
